Rub your hands for 10 to 15 seconds and heat your hands. Then place your hands above your eyes, place your fingers on your forehead, place your palms above your eyes, and place your hands on your cheeks. Do not touch the eyes, but try to make the eyes darker and give the hands a little rest.
Then close your eyes and take a deep breath. Do this process until you are well. Then, when you feel relaxed, gently remove your hands from your face and open your eyes.
This, focus your attention on something far away. Keep your eyes and face relaxed while focusing on as many objects as possible. Then take a deep breath and then slowly focus your attention on another distant object.
So, keep your back straight and sit up straight while breathing. Then relax your eyes and face muscles and soften your eyes. Now, without shaking your head, focus upward. Then slowly rotate your eyes clockwise, making as large a circle as possible.
