Very informative post thank for taking time and do proper research on the food to be taken to combat fat gain . I have been treating myself to the same food daily even though i don’t take them all in one day . Just to add on the benefits there off this kind food helps with fatigue you’ll feel more energetic as you day go along . I used to depend on energy drinks to fight fatigue today i don ‘t even know when last did i buy myself one .
